Connect to the natural environment and learn about health and wellness through local and wild foods. Learn to clean, prepare, and cook a fresh trout (alternate protein available.) Spend the evening in a camp setting, relax by the campfire, learn about Appalachian and Native cultures in food gathering and preparation, and learn valuable Wildcraft Cooking techniques from your Guides.
